Elmsworth was created because residential estate agency performance is shaped by more than internal KPI packs. Leadership teams need to understand how people, branches, competitors and local market conditions interact before performance movement becomes obvious.
Our role is to bring those signals together, interpret them independently and turn them into clear executive direction. Atlas provides the intelligence layer; Elmsworth provides the sector judgement, context and recommendations.

About the Founder
Elmsworth Oversight was founded by Andrew Jackson to address a gap consistently seen across residential estate agency: leadership teams are often asked to make important decisions using internal reporting alone, while performance is shaped by a much wider set of operational, competitor and market signals.
Andrew’s work brings together residential property experience, behavioural intelligence and commercial judgement to help agency leaders understand not only what has happened, but why it has happened, what is likely to happen next and what should change to improve outcomes.
Through Atlas, Elmsworth gives leadership teams a clearer view of organisational behaviour, local market movement and competitor activity. That intelligence is then interpreted with practical executive judgement, turning complex signals into clear priorities, recommendations and oversight.
